I think it’s so funny that when I was a kid I never wanted to wear winter boots. I thought they were big, clunky, and uncomfortable. Fast forward to the present and I love finding new pairs of winter boots to wear.
When boots look this good you actually end up planning your outfit around them, and that is exactly what I did here. These Cougar boots are perfect for a few reasons. First of all they are white, and I LOVE wearing white in winter. They match anything, and the best part is these boots have a black sole and tip so they still stay white and clean even if I’m splashing around in the mud.
Anything with a faux fur trim is not only that much more warm, but also has a luxurious feel. They are as tall as a pair of riding boots which makes they super warm and perfect for walking in all of the snow drifts and tobogganing hills my son has been dragging me too this winter. They are rated for -30C, and they are so lightweight that I love wearing them.
Staying warm and looking chic is not often easy, but I think these boots achieve the look I’m after.
On a side note, how fun is this great faux fur sweater? I bought it at H&M a few years ago and have only worn it a few times, but once these boots arrived I knew they would pair perfectly.
