Sweater – Chicwish // Bag – Poppy & Peonies // Jeans – Guess // Boots – Call it Spring // Earrings
I just had to ask my husband if it was Thursday! That basically sums up my week – I’ve been more organized that I thought I would be for my first week after the break, but I’m limping to the weekend.
I think the thing that saved me this week was I spent a lot of time at home, and my Instant Pot has been saving my life! Do you have one of these things yet? That are a LIFE CHANGER! Seriously, every dinner I’ve made has been in that pot, and most of them can be made in less than 30 minutes so I’ve been feeling like Mom of the Year.
Luckily the weather has been a little bit better, so I’ve been wearing heavier sweaters with lighter jackets. I am so sick of my parka right now!
I’m not sure how many frilly sweaters I have, but my collection continues to grow! This sweater comes in a few different colours, and I just love a good grey sweater so I chose this one. It’s super warm and cozy, and I can’t help but want to show off these sleeves! Just don’t reach across the table for ketchup, or you will be wearing it because these sleeves are not easy to keep a handle of!
This Poppy & Peonies bag is adorable, and without it this outfit would be a little boring! I have been loving cross body bags because they sort of stay out of your way when you are running around, and they have been a great way to force me to stop lugging my whole life around in my handbag.
Tomorrow I’m headed into the city for a fun event, and then this weekend I’m finally going to practice flying my new drone! The weather has been so cold we haven’t been able to try it out, but this weekend we are finally doing it.
I’m so excited – I’ve actually been doing flight simulators to practice – that’s how serious I’m taking it! Usually my husband handles things like this, but I am going away without him soon so I need to figure this all out on my own. Wish me luck!

I love this look, so cute and casual. I also have a thing for grey sweaters and am obsessed with the bell sleeves except they get caught on everything for me haha.
I really enjoy your style posts!

Thank you so much! I don’t know what it is, but I just have to buy every cute grey sweater I see! Those bell sleeves are not practical, but they are are cute!

Thank you so much! Oh man, I end up getting these sleeves in my food at some point during the day, but they sure are cute! I’m actually wearing another grey sweater right now! Thanks so much for following along! I appreciate it!
