I’m writing this as the boys are watching some boring treasure hunting show that they are glued to, while I”m trying not to itch after spending the day in the sun without enough sunscreen.
These last few days have been a bit less hot and humid which has been nice, but we’ve been spending even longer outside because of it and I kind of a have a lobster-red hue right now. With school coming in the next month it feels a bit like we are trying to hang onto summer more than ever, and we are all tired because of it!
As difficult as quarantine and lockdown has been, spending part of that time in the summer has made things seem a bit more normal. Ask me again in the dead of winter how I feel about lockdown and I might have a different answer, but being outside makes distancing and staying close to home pretty bearable!
This dress is one I would love to wear to a party, but for now it will just be hanging in my closet until I have somewhere pretty to wear it!
I know it likely won’t happen but I would love it if LoveShackFancy did another collaboration with Target! I loved the whole line, and it was so affordable! Since that likely won’t happen I’ll be saving my pennies to buy more from LoveShackFancy because I might be a little addicted to their dresses now!
