When I opened up a surprise package from Talbots on Instagram Stories a couple of weeks ago, and I may have been a little excited. Like a squeal may have popped out of my mouth! There were so many perfect summer pieces, and it felt like everything in the box was curated just for me! I couldn’t wait to put some of the items that arrived into a summer outfit.
This dress is SO pretty! I feel like the photos don’t even do it justice – there is such much detail on the hem, and it’s such a pretty maxi dress. It’s also very well lined so I didn’t need to worry about it being see-through in the sun, and it was the perfect fit!
I paired it with this cross body bag that also comes in orange and black, and it has the cutest gingham lining! This bag is perfect for summer and surprisingly carries quite a bit! I wore it on my trip to NYC and received quite a few compliments on it.
I don’t have any other pairs of white sunglasses, but these cat-eye sunglasses have filled the void! I just love the detail on the frames – they are so much more interesting than regular black sunglasses.
This look is comfortable, and oh-so-summer! I’m ready to wear it walking in to the weekend!
