We started summer off in such a busy way! So far we’ve already been to a Blue Jay’s baseball game, Canada’s Wonderland, and the movies a couple times over the last few days! I’m spending some time this week getting ready for a few trips as well – I love to have an itinerary laid out that we have the option to follow. It’s ok if we veer off the plan, but I like to have a set of ideas in front of us!
My son want’s to swim tomorrow and it’s not looking all that warm, but it will make him happy so we will give it a try. I hate freezing in a pool, but he would swim in any kind of weather so I know I won’t have much choice. We love having our membership to Life Time because of the awesome pool, and there are some pretty cool kids activities happening every day so I get the chance to workout. We took a look tomorrow when I wanted to workout and my son actually wants to stay longer in the Kid’s Academy there because he wants to do dodgeball AND soccer. It gives me a little break as well.
Chicwish has a few different patterns in this dress style. I realized once I chose this dress I had another dress from last year in a similar style which I really loved. I feel like I always pull my pink Gucci bag out when I wear dresses with bright colours in it – it just always looks so good with anything and I’m so glad I bought it years ago in this colour!
I have so many plans to catch up on different things this summer, but Netflix has still asked me twice if I am “still watching” whatever show I have on, so that’s a good sign I’m definitely enjoying some downtime so far this summer. I’m looking forward to making lot’s of fun plans, but making sure I’m throwing in a few lazy couch days too!
