It’s been a fun week so far and it’s only Tuesday! We’ve had a lot of fun things lined up in a row with a few trips and tickets to different events, and now this week I’m starting to slow down on the big events. My son is in golf camp this week so I’ve been given a lot more free time, but I do have quite a few projects to put together for the blog while he’s away.
I’m heading downtown a couple more times this week (I already spent a day at Yorkdale this week) so I’m definitely getting in some fun shopping time, but it’s just that time of year when the blog gets very busy. It’s so much easier to shoot things with my son away at camp enjoying himself!
I think I’ve probably changed three times today into fresh clothes because it’s been so incredibly hot out. I really should have started out with a dress like this – my floral maxi is light and airy and perfect for this type of weather.
I’ve actually worn it a few times already before sharing it on the blog because it’s just so easy. The colour is gorgeous, and I love the way it flows. I also picked up a similar dress from Chicwish at the same time that has the same design but a different pattern that I also love!
This is definitely the summer of dresses! Shorts just aren’t as comfortable as a flowy maxi dress like this one – especially in this heat.
