Both my son and I are pretty sporty people! I love to play soccer, and basically any other sport I can get involved in, and my son is the same. One day he’s kicking a soccer ball, and the next he’s swinging a baseball bat. We’ve actually had to start picking and choosing which sports to get him involved in because he was getting overloaded.
I love wearing sweats, but always in a stylish athleasure kind of way, and I love dressing my son the same way. It’s one thing to be comfortable, but another to do it while looking put together.
It was so easy to shop at Sport Chek for the exact look I wanted for my son. Back-to-school shopping can be hard if you are running around to multiple places looking for clothes, shoes, and accessories, but Sport Check had everything I needed in one spot.

Choosing shoes at Sport Chek is always easy to do – I know if I need shoes for my son I will find them there because they have so many brands to choose from in one stop. I ended up going with these fun red Adidas shoes with velcro for my son to wear to school.
Next up, a cool look to match! The boys section at Sport Check had lots to choose from, and I decided to match my son’s shoes with an Adidas look.
I’m obsessed with his pants – I want them in my size! He said they are really comfortable, plus they are stylish. I paired them with this awesome grey hoodie that’s very heavy and will be perfect when the cooler weather hits.
I love the pop of red shoes in this look – the whole outfit looks put together, but at the same time it’s comfortable for my son.
I asked him if it was ok if I got a matching outfit and my soon wasn’t too keen on that, so already he thinks I’m uncool. I really love his look – I would wear the exact same thing!
Everything I picked up for this look has amazing quality (those shoes will last until he grows out of them), and I think they will withstand the wear-and-tear of Kindergarten.
