Here’s the thing about spring – no matter how cold it gets, I just can’t bring myself to throw one of my winter coats back on. We saw snow last week, and I tried to wear a leather jacket with a scarf because I was so desperate to change up my wardrobe. Not only am I totally going to catch a cold, but short sleeves just aren’t going to cut it right now!
To transition I’ve been ramping up the long sleeved tops I have in my wardrobe to get me through this strange season. This Chicwish top has lacy long sleeves so I feel like I’m wearing spring more than winter!
I love this colour of green! It looks SO good with white jeans. I had to wear a strapless bra with it because of the way the shoulders are sheer, but it’s lined so you actually can’t see through the rest of the top.
My nude accessories are getting a really good workout right now! I’ve been eyeing up another nude bag that I want to add to my collection, but grey would totally work as well with my style as of late.
It’s a long weekend, and I’m so excited for Easter! Hello chocolate! I’m finishing up my Easter shopping today so I’m ready for the weekend, and I’m excited to see how my son likes his Easter basket! This year believe it or not what he really wanted was a checker set. It’s not any checker set – it’s a Super Mario Brother’s checker set, and once he saw it he begged for it, so we are surprising him with it this weekend. Otherwise we got him a few other small things because last week we picked him up a new bike, and it’s not Christmas so we feel like that’s enough!
Bring on the long weekend, and the holiday eating! There will be so. much. food. this weekend!
