Skincare Goals with BeautySense.ca

 

 

Online shopping is something I have always enjoyed, but I only dabbled in it occasionally. With a bit of trial and error over this past year, I feel like I’ve narrowed down which websites are now my go-to for everything I need without leaving my home!

For my first order from BeautySense.ca I chose three products I had never tried before.

I had heard great things about a hair mask by OLAPLEX called the OLAPLEX: No.3 Hair Perfector, but I actually didn’t know where to buy it and so my first chance to order it and test it out was through BeautySense.ca!
 

 

 

 
My BeautySense.ca box arrived promptly, and packed to perfection with pretty pink tissue paper and everything carefully wrapped. Often when I’ve ordered beauty products online I’ve found that sometimes the caps on products are cracked, or shampoo has leaked out of the bottle because of how it’s packaged. In this situation that wasn’t the case at all – everything was perfect.
 

 

 

 
Let’s talk about this incredible hair mask. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it’s slightly life-changing.

I’ve been using this mask once a week, and about 10 minutes before I’m ready to hop in the shower dampen my hair and apply this mask from roots to ends. Once I blow dry my hair after using it my hair feels so incredibly soft. It feels good just to run my hand through my hair since I’ve been using it, and I think the moment I finish this bottle I’ll need to order another!
 

 

 

 
One thing that I cannot live without is dry shampoo, but isn’t it incredible how different every formula is? I feel like I’ve purchased dozens and dozens of different kinds and have only found a few that work well with my hair.

I have tried a few products from Kerastase before and loved all of them, so I was hoping I would love the Kerastase Fresh Affair Refreshing Dry Shampoo.
 

 

 

 

My hair is pretty oily so as hard as I try to delay washing it, I need to wash it every two days. I can rarely stretch it out to three days, but I finally did with no issues using this dry shampoo! The scent is light and fresh, and I was so happy my hair loved it! I cannot say enough good things about it!
 

 

 

 

My go to skincare brand has always been SkinCeuticals. I try all kinds of different products, but I always seem to go back to a few of my staple products from them. I had never tried their A.G.E Eye Complex before, so I thought this would be a great time to give it a whirl!
 

 

 

 

My first impression was that it was much thicker than I expected. Any other eye cream I’ve used in the past has been much thinner in comparison, but at the same time once I applied it I was surprised it was so lightweight. I really didn’t expect it to be quite so light but it was!
 

 

 

 
It’s so soothing to apply, and normally I would only apply eye cream at night but it just feels so good that I’ve been putting it on in the morning and at night!

I’m excited to see the results of using it since it’s combination of ingredients are aimed at dramatically improving my dark circles, wrinkles, and puffiness. I’m excited for help in all of these areas!
