Happy Mother’s Day! My weekend was nice and slow – just they way I like them! Things were so busy the weekend before with my son’s birthday, a baby shower and an event all within 24 hours – I needed an easier weekend for sure!
Last week I was finally able to catch up with friends and get things at home organized which was SUCH a good feeling. Wow, I really sound like an adult – being excited about organization is kind of lame, but it was much needed
I saw this dress online and added it to my shopping cart immediately. I wasn’t sure how it would look when it arrived, but once it arrived I was so happy – this dress is gorgeous! The price is amazing as well – it’s such a great find!
I’m a little obsessed with Southern Charm, which might be why I gravitated towards this dress. Don’t I look a bit like a southern belle? I had to hem it slightly because I’m only 5’2 and in heels it was still a little long, but otherwise it’s a great fit and I just love this dress!
My bag is the one thing I bought when I was away in the Bahamas earlier this year, and I keep forgetting I have it so I haven’t used it often! I’m excited to pack it away for my next trip in a couple weeks to The Exumas! I’m so excited to go – I can’t wait to share all about this adventure!
Until then I’ve been shopping online for pretty things to wear on my trip, and checking the shipping updates hoping it will all arrive on time! I hope it will all make it before my trip!
