Every year we love spending one day not going on a single ride, but instead we spend the day just eating all of our favourite snacks! Last week we did just that – we spent our whole day walking around the park and eating all of our favourites. We still snuck in a couple of rides, but we mostly spent our time hanging out at the park and eating all of the good snacks!
Here are our favourite snacks from Canada’s Wonderland!
Tiny Toms Donuts are something we rarely leave the park without! This year the park has updated the Tiny Tom’s location – it is much larger, and it still has a viewing area where you can watch your donuts pop out of the machine. Tiny Tom Donuts is located in International Festival, across from The Fly.
Inside the Lazy Bear Lodge you can find hot and fresh pretzels at the Lazy Bear Bar! They also serve refreshments, but we picked up pretzels there and they were really good.
The Cookie Cafe not only has delicious fresh cookie ice cream sandwiches, but they also have blue ice cream! The flavour is blueberry, and we love ordering it in a waffle cone, or the classic cookie ice cream sandwich!
Can you visit Canada’s Wonderland and not get a funnel cake? We haven’t had that much self control. Perfect for sharing, we love the classic strawberry funnel cake.
If you are looking for a healthy snack, head to the Grab & Go Market in International Festival where you can find fresh fruit, and we found this mixed berry parfait.
More ice cream! Options around the park include Dippin Dots (the cookies and cream one is so good!), sundae’s, and dipped cones at different locations around the park. You don’t have to walk far to find your next ice cream stop at the park.
The Sweet Shoppe on International Street has all kinds of fresh fudge, candy apples and other sweet treats – plus it’s inside so you can catch some AC when you need it!
On those very hot days at the park, the Starbucks on International Street has icy cold drinks that can double as treats!
A Double Chocolaty Chip Frappacino or Vanilla Bean Frappacino are both great alternatives to ice cream. A Dragon Fruit Drink or Pink Drink have a tropical feel and are great to walk around the park with.
