I can’t believe school is back in only a couple of weeks! I always think that summer flies by, but it truly did this year. We definitely jammed it a little too full with the excitement of being able to see friends and family again, but I can’t complain about doing so many fun things!
We just had an end of year party with all of our friends and rented out Joey’s World in Bowmanville, and it was so much fun! We were able to book the whole place to ourselves and the kids had a chance to also do some rock climbing, and the adults took a turn axe throwing at Stoick which is also in the building. It was a great way to finish off our summer.
As summer winds down the nights are cooler, so this great sweater is a perfect transition piece. It’s from Turquoise Boutique and it’s light enough to wear over a maxi skirt, cut off shorts or jeans. I actually prefer lighter sweaters even in the middle of winter because no one likes to be sweaty in a heavy sweater! It’s just my preference – lighter sweaters
