If a top has a pretty bell sleeve like this one I usually talk myself into buying it pretty quickly. I love having tops with pretty patterns, and if the sleeves have a bit of drama then all the better! I basically live in jeans, so it’s such an easy combo to pair a blouse and top – minimal effort with a pulled together impression!
Our trip this past weekend to New York was so much fun! Like so much fun my hubby and I were pretty sad to be back home, other than to give our son and puppy a squeeze. We missed our son a lot, and we were trying to think of what age would be best to bring him along with us to NYC. We basically bring him everywhere, but we were trying to think of things he would find fun in the city. It’s kind of an adult place to visit, so we think we will bring him along when he’s older.
We ate so much food this weekend! Basically our trip was scheduled around all of our reservations. I’m going to put together a NYC travel guide with some of the fun things we did this trip, along with a few of my last trips so there are lots of tips on where to shop, where to eat, and what to see. I was pretty sad because there was this gorgeous Gucci bag I tried purchase at their flagship store on 5th Ave, but the bag had a flaw and they had none left so I had to leave it behind. Since I’ve been home I’ve tried to order it online but the order has been cancelled twice for some reason. I need to have it, so I’m hoping the third time is the charm!
Girls night with wine, cheese and treats tonight at my place – I haven’t been able to go to any events this week, so luckily my girlfriends were able to come to me for a fun night. Tuesday night wine will definitely make the weekend come sooner!
