I’m blaming the rain for my sickness this week. I wore an adorable dress on what turned out to later be a rainy day, and by the next day I was feeling awful! Paired with the fact that my son was sick last week, I really stood no chance. I feel terrible, and I’m hoping it passes soon.
When I shot some looks this week it was obviously raining again (because that’s spring time in Canada!), so I had to improvise a bit. This umbrella came from the Dinner en Blanc in Toronto last year when again, it was pouring, and Nordstrom generously made sure we all had umbrellas to make it through the night.
I’m off to NYC this weekend, and it’s going to rain there too! I was hoping it wouldn’t, but even the country I’m flying into is experiencing the same spring time weather. I can’t wait to shop – at least that can be done indoors!
