Um, so was that snow this morning? I couldn’t believe I saw it in the rooftops when I woke up! I tried to ignore it as much as I could, but I threw on a winter jacket on my way out the door refusing to freeze.
I’m in denial about this snow sticking around, so I’m back to my regularly-scheduled fall attire! I had a gorgeous dress from Suzy Shier on the blog a couple weeks ago that I just love, and today’s post is more love for Suzy Shier!
Not only is my white fit and flare sweater from Suzy Shier, but this long cardigan is also from there. When they invited me to shop there a few weeks ago I went home with more than I barganed for – they had so many beautiful fall items, and they just happened to be having one of their 40% off sales!
I always seem to gravitate towards white and grey in the winter. I feel like they are the most flattering colours on me since my skin starts to look so much paler as we get further and further from summer. This outfit not only includes a few of my favourite things, but it’s so comfortable!
We are almost at the weekend, and that can only mean good things! Unfortunately I don’t have a day to sleep in with hockey one day, and an early flight to Mexico the next, but I can’t complain too much with a sunny destination planned for next week. I think I’m mostly looking forward to not making school lunches for a bit! I am already starting to slack a bit in that department – it didn’t take me long!
