Well I’m not doing much for Christmas, but I’m all dressed up anyway!

I was eyeing up these pants last year, and I finally pulled the trigger on them this year. They are a cross between Gwen Stefani and holiday cheer! I think the combat boots make them a little more Gwen. I miss dressing like Gwen. I think I still have my L.A.M.B bag somewhere!

These pants in particular have lots of stretch so they are perfect for eating a lot of turkey!

With us being in lockdown this year we are spending much of the holiday meeting friends and family outside, but getting a little dressed up makes it feel more like the holidays.

I’m excited for the holidays none the less, and I know my son is very excited for Christmas! We are baking Christmas cookies tomorrow, and everything is almost wrapped! For some reason wrapping is taking longer than the shopping this year.

It’s been a little stressful with lockdown looming and getting anything last minute or grocery shopping, but I think we mostly have what we need. Thank goodness for Uber Eats!

I’ll worry a bit more about the lockdown when it happens on Boxing Day, but for now we will enjoy our usual holiday traditions and celebrate!

I’ll be a bit more stressed out after the holiday when we need to worry about stores closing and school being online.

Until then, Merry Christmas!
