Happy summer vacation everyone! School is out, and it feels so good to not set an alarm every day! It’s only been one weekend, but it already feels like it’s going to be a great couple months!
What are you doing for Canada Day?
This Monday, July 1st at 10pm Canada’s Wonderland is celebrating Canada Day with an incredible fireworks show!
Not only does Canada’s Wonderland have this amazing show happening Monday night, but all weekend long there are some really fun things happening around the park.
Celebration Canada runs from June 29 until July 14th in the very cool Frontier Canada section of the park where you can find live music, street performers, and also food and drinks inspired by all things Canadian!
The West Coast Lumberjacks will be showing off their axe-throwing and chainsaw carving skills, while the Flying Frontenacs will dive off a 70ft platform and perform flips on trampolines.
All new this year you can watch Tundra – A Cirque Experience. The performance includes acrobatics and aerial artistry set with the backdrop of the Northern Lights.
In the evening you can catch Starlight Spectacular which projects onto Wonder Mountain with lights, music, lasers and water effects.
Finally, another thing you won’t want to miss is Ultimate Thrills Circus which is running shows daily and features a current contestant on America’s Got Talent!
Something that I think is really amazing is that Canada’s Wonderland will also be offering complimentary admission to all active and retired personnel of the Canadian Armed Forces from Friday, June 28 through Monday, July 1.
All of these shows and experiences are FREE with your park admission! There is so much happening over the Canada Day long weekend at Canada’s Wonderland! For more details visit them at http://www.canadaswonderland.com/!
