Jean Jacket – H&M | Peasant Top – Winners | Jeans – Paradise Mine Aritzia | Boots – Call it Spring | Back Pack – Winners

It’s my second time this week wearing white jeans on the blog, and that’s pretty much all you will see me in for the next couple months.

I love white jeans because they not only go with everything, but I am so sick of wearing winter colours. These one’s from Aritzia are extra stretchy which is great for when you ask for that extra order of guacamole and chips with dinner.

The main pop of colour to this look is this really fun floral backpack I picked up at Winners. I love the colours, and the backpack trend has been an easy one for me to catch onto since I carry about a gazillion things with a toddler running around.

Do you know what isn’t toddler friendly now that I mention it? White jeans! As much as I love them (I’m talking about the jeans, but obviously I love the toddler as well!) these jeans are difficult to wear around children and I normally finish off the day with a messy handprint or shoe print on them. I keep bleach in the laundry room on standby.

I’ve linked to some other fun floral backpacks below as well. Happy shopping!

Suede Jacket – Pink Blush | Jeans – American Eagle Outfitters | T-Shirt – Bluenotes | Shoes – Winners | Sunglasses – Dior

This spring I have seen a few great suede fringed jackets in magazines and out in the real world, and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on one! I am so in love with this one from Pink Blush, which has become one of my favourite places to shop online. Everything seems to be my style on their website.

I really am a t-shirt and jeans kind of gal, so having a great jacket to throw on to add bit of style to my simple outfit is perfect for spring.

I’m in love with these flats I found from Winners last week. They lace up around the ankles as well so I can’t wait to wear them with a cute dress in the summer!

I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend!

I’m a girl that spends so much time getting dressed up for events that it makes me really appreciate those times when I can have a much more casual look. When I dress casual, I still want to look put together and a little stylish, all while being comfortable at same time.

la Vie en Rose has the perfect solution for me since they have released a capsule collection called la Vie en Lounge with 12 versatile styles you can mix and match. Not only do the pieces look stylish, but they are so comfortable!

I truly loved this striped sweatshirt – it had an amazing stretch to it, and I probably commented at least 3 or 4 times that day how cozy it was. My leggings were just as soft and comfortable, and I loved that they were not just one size fits all, but I could choose my own size so they were the perfect fit.

The collection is super affordable with pieces ranging from only $16.95 and $45.95, and you can shop the whole collection online and in stores.

I loved this casual, easy look because I could go about my Saturday running around town feeling comfortable, but still looking put together and stylish.

A Fresh Spring Look from the Outlet Collection at Niagara

A Fresh Spring Look from the Outlet Collection at Niagara

As a girl who loves to shop, nothing excites me more than the word “outlet”. Who doesn’t love to shop fabulous brands at amazing prices? I’m pretty sure everyone loves to shop great deals, especially all in one place.

Last week we headed out on a short trip to Niagara Falls, and on our way we stopped at one of my favourite spots in Niagara-on-the-Lake – the Outlet Collection at Niagara.

The outlet is full of stores that I love to shop at, but even better, with incredible prices. Stores like Kate Spade, Marshal’s, Guess, Browns, and Pink Tartan had me shopping for a few hours.

They also have a shuttle that leaves daily from Union Station in Toronto that takes you to the outlet. You can shop all day, and then head back to Toronto on the shuttle with your purchases.

The great part about the Outlet Collection at Niagara? There were lots of way’s to keep my husband and son occupied!

There was a great play area for kids to check out while I shopped, and we took advantage. I also sent my husband and son off to the Food Court to have lunch while I kept up my shopping expedition.

The outlet is also pet friendly, has free WIFI, and has complimentary bottle warming and diaper kits. They also have strollers, walker and wheelchairs on a first-come first-serve basis.

I put together a fun spring outfit with the help of a gift card I was provided to shop with, and I love what I put together.

I am very much a dress girl, but for this outfit I decided to switch things up by choosing a great pair of pants from J.Crew. Regularly $109.50, I picked them up for $23.98. I love this floral print – it’s so fresh for spring!

Kate Spade is a spot I always shop for bags and accessories at, but this time I decided to take a good look at their clothing collection, and found this white scalloped top that I love. I saved huge on this top – it was regularly $215 and was marked down to $86.00.

Finally I finished off the look with a great pair of nude heels from Forever 21 for just $29.90.

I really love this spring look, and I really enjoyed shopping at the Outlet Collection at Niagara. It was easy to keep my husband and son occupied since there was lots for them to do, and I was happy that I walked away with a great look for spring!

Jacket – H&M (in stores now, similar online here) | Tank Top – H&M | Suede Skirt – H&M | Heels – Kate & Mel (Town Shoes) | Bag – Chanel

I’m so glad I chose this outfit for Wednesday night’s Toronto Fashion Week shows because I absolutely needed a warm jacket! I think the hardest part about Fashion Week (not that there is really “hard part”) is dressing for the Canadian weather. It seems to always be snowing, raining, or just generally cold!

I love a good white jacket, and this lovely one from H&M was just marked down from $80 to $40 so it was a steal! It has an open front with no buttons or a zipper which was perfect to wear as more of an accessory to my outfit than to just bundle up.

I’m sure you are starting to see these button-up skirts everywhere as of late, and my favourite version is this suede one (although I’m sure I will buy a few more in different fabrics for summer). I actually had a hard time finding the right top to go with it so I kept it simple with a tank, especially since I was planning on wearing my jacket all night. Of course, later I found the perfect top, but that’s fine because I’m sure I will be wearing this skirt again next week.

I’ve been wearing these comfy heels over the last month and they were a great purchase since they are neutral and go with everything. Nude shoes really are an investment piece, so don’t feel bad about splurging on a pair because they will get more than enough wear.

Hope you are having a great week!
