I’ve noticed that my closet is filling up more lately with jackets and blazers – it seems I’ve figured out that I can get away with wearing any top as long as I have the perfect jacket as my outfit’s statement piece.

I also have many similar style jackets that vary in colour and texture, but there’s one jacket that really goes with everything and that’s this classic leather jacket.

I think the thing I love the most about a great leather jacket is it can make an outfit completely transform from the way it looked without it. A pretty and long white boho dress turns from summer and beachy to a little edgy by throwing on a jacket like this.

This jacket is just so darn comfortable as well that it’s great to wear every day, and not just for a night out. I’m loving the exaggerated size of the zipper on this one as well!

What I’m wearing under my jacket in this look doesn’t seem to matter too much because the jacket takes center stage, but as usual I am wearing one of my favorite V-neck tee’s from Target. I’m wearing mid-rise skinny jeans from Guess which are one of my favorite brand of jeans to wear. Their jeans always seem to have the perfect stretch, and they somehow end up working their way into my rotation more than once a week.

Um, so the shoes. Amazing right? They were such a great find – I’m more than a little obsessed and I’ve been wearing them as much as possible! They are almost a velvet material so not so easy to wear in inclement weather, but so far so good!

This is such the perfect fall weekend look!
