Sweater – Chicwish // Pants – Dynamite // Shoes – Cole Haan (similar) // Bag – Gucci (similar) // Sunglasses – Inspired by Rossland Optical

I can’t say I’ve ever worn green pants before and I was a little apprehensive, but I thought I should change it up a little bit! I wasn’t sure what I would wear them with, but once this sweater arrived from Chicwish I decided to throw them both together.

I love these pants from Joe Fresh which come in a few different colours, and these are actually very similar. I think in comparison these pants are a bit heavier duty, but still have a similar style and shape.

Anything to not wear jeans, right ladies? I still find myself pulling on my workout leggings too often each week, but wearing pants like these makes dressing up a little less daunting.

We only have a couple weeks until Christmas which I cannot believe! I feel like I should be doing more to get ready, but since we aren’t hosting it’s actually a nice feeling leading up to the holidays. We might actually have some downtime!

Normally we spend so much time running around getting ready to have people over and to go to other families homes that I need to actually schedule in some breaks, but this year will be very different. I’ll still be making lots of food of course – we will just have lots more leftovers!

We had our last visit with Santa this weekend at a place called Santa’s Cottage and it was a great way to get ready for the holidays. My son is very ready for Christmas, and after this weekend I’m so excited for him! We made gingerbread houses, and this week we are making gingerbread men and sugar cookies. Basically our holiday centres around food!
