Sweater – Chicwish // Jeans – American Eagle Outfitters (similar) // Boots – Forever 21 (similar) // Bag – Louis Vuitton
Really though, what else could I title this post? I have to tell you, sometimes the hardest part of blogging for me is coming up for titles for my blog posts. If I’m wearing a ruffled sweater then I sure want to call the post that! I swear I lose all of my wit by the time the post is finished and I’m just ready to call it a day when it comes to titling them!
According to every store I have shopped in lately, Valentine’s Day is coming. Christmas was barely over before I started to see Valentine’s lining the shelves. There are red hearts and chocolates everywhere, so I couldn’t help but choose this cute sweater that really I could wear all year round.
I’m sure you are probably thinking I’m crazy to wear white at this time of year, but I just love my white jeans so much that I continue to put them into harm’s way with the slush and snow.
Things are going to get really crazy around here this weekend with the temperatures heading to a balmy +4! With the norm being -20, it’s the little things that make me happy. Not only having the weather a bit better for shooting outfits, but I also want to practice a bit more with my drone before I head to the Bahamas. I’m really nervous about getting it stuck in a palm tree, or flying it far far away so I never see it again, so I’m hoping on Saturday I can have more time to fly it!
Otherwise this weekend is my last before I go away so I’m going to try and get packed and prepared to go. I’ve been really trying to spend more downtime this year, and I have to tell you it’s not an easy thing to do. Even at our slowest we seem to have a lot going on and I’m struggling to keep nights and weekends open, but so far I’m doing better than last year. I think the only thing I’m not saying no to is a girls night out or a shopping trip – the most I’m considering much more carefully as part of my New Year’s resolution.
