I have to tell you, sometimes it’s hard to sit at a laptop on sunny days! The rainy ones I don’t mind blogging so much, but on the beautiful days I wait until the sun goes down to get writing.
I think we’ve had a million play dates so far this summer, but I really love the days I’m spending with just my son and I. Today we headed to the movies and had a blast! This week is full of more playdates and fun things planned, and I’m already starting to think about the end of summer – I really don’t want it to end!
My days are totally all about my son, but in the evenings I’ve had the chance for some fun summer patio nights and this dress was perfect last week!
I love maxi dresses, especially when they flow like this one! It’s been so hot and sticky that the last thing I want to wear is a fitted dress. This one is so pretty, and I love the ruffles!
A few more days and I’m off to NYC, and I can hardly wait! I can’t wait to shop for fall – I have so many things on my list that I need. Sweaters are big on my list – I’m also on the hunt for some new jeans, and I’m just excited to get away for a few days. Until then, a few more playdates to go!
