My Vanity Favourites

shoppers drug mart top picks event sparkleshinylove

Last weekend I visited the CF Toronto Eaton Centre because the Shoppers Drug Mart Top Picks event was taking over Centre Court. The event was so fun, and people were lined up to play the Dream Vanity Game trying to determine which Top Picks products were chosen as Top Sellers, Hidden Gems or New Finds.

After visiting the event I stocked up my own vanity with a few Top Picks from Shoppers Drug Mart! Like the Vanity Memory Game, I chose a New Find, Top Seller, and Hidden Gem. I don’t know how I lived without some of these items, and I can’t wait to share my new vanity additions!

Top Seller: Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion – Cocoa Radiant

No surprise here – this product has been in my vanity for years! After long and hot summer days I love slathering this lotion on because it’s so moisturizing. Now that it’s fall and with winter approaching, my skin is desperate for hydration so I’ve been using this twice a day.

What I love is that it locks in moisture all day, and the scent is so yummy, but not overpowering.

New Find: L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Peel Pads

This product is one I hadn’t tried (I actually hadn’t tried anything from the Revitalift line), but I’ve been loving it so far!

These easy to use pads are packed with an exfoliator, so once I swipe them across my skin I’m left with a healthy glow.

Every night I’ve been using them before bed, and I’ve seen an improvement to my dull skin. Why does fall bring on a dullness to your skin? I’m not actually sure, but these pads have been amazing to add some brightness to my face!

The formula is also clinically tested to reduce the visibility of dark spots and wrinkles!

Hidden Gem: Schwarzkopf essence ULTÎMETM Omega Repair 11 in 1 Leave in Conditioner

This one had me SO excited – I love it! This leave in conditioner is for damaged and depleted hair, and sometimes I think that’s something I have self-inflicted with all of my heat styling and colour!

It has the consistency of a condition, and is packed with a B5 vitamin to add moisture and shine!

My hair has felt much softer since I started using it, and it smells so good too! It also promised to repair my damage hair and control my split ends which I really need – this stuff is perfect if you need a little hair TLC!

It’s so important to take time to care for yourself, and by choosing a personal care routine you can start to look and feel a little more pampered. The entire list of Shoppers Drug Mart Top Picks can be found here, and maybe you can find a few of your own to stock your vanity!

I’m not sure about you, but I’m at my local Shoppers Drug Mart at least once a week grabbing personal care items – they make it so easy because they have everything I need!

Items in this post may have been provided to me for review, but all opinions are fabulously my own!

I think drugstore products are so under appreciated! Just b/c it’s expensive doesn’t mean it works!

Thanks for sharing. The L’Oreal Revitalift line has caught my eye quite a few times. I’m glad to see a good review on one of the products.
