On the coldest and worst weather day we have had this winter so far, I went for a manicure! Sounds totally practical, right? I just couldn’t wait to check out Le Chic Boutique in Whitby, so I drove that afternoon for my first visit to this new spot downtown.
I get VERY excited when something new pops up in my hometown! Especially when that something new is as cute as this little spot! The outside is painted pink, and the décor inside is perfection! I also had my first dipped powder manicure, which I am still rocking as I type this. I’m headed there again tomorrow for a pedicure as well. I’m not sure what I’m addicted to more – the cute décor, or the amazing services they have!
Of course while wearing a pink sweater, pink purse, and pink tassel earrings I felt like I fit right in at Le Chic Boutique. My sweater paired perfectly with this Poppy & Peonies bag I’ve been wearing quite a bit lately, and the matching tassel earrings finished off my look. I am so sick of wearing winter boots, so whenever I know I’m going to be inside (indoor mall parking is my FAVOURITE) then I keep loafers and slides in my car to wear when I know I will be warm and dry.
I’ve been shopping a lot this week for more warm sweaters because we are off to The Berkshires soon! I am so excited to visit our destination in Massachusetts – 33 Main! It looks like the most beautiful and relaxing spot. I’m so excited to go on our next adventure!
