Happy New Year! I took a break which was nice, but the holidays were so busy I don’t really feel rested!
Christmas is always crazy, but for NYE we rented a cottage with a big group of friends and had a lot of fun. It was very casual – I only brought pajamas and yoga pants so I loved it!
Now that we are starting out January I’m trying to find things to look forward too because I know that this month can seem long and so much less exciting without something like Christmas to look forward too!
It’s freezing, so I’m happy to layer up, and when this shearling vest caught my eye I knew it would be perfect for this time of year. Men’s shirts are so much better than women’s sometimes, and this jean shirt is one of my favourites.
I’ve been wearing nothing but stretchy pants these last few weeks, but I’m sure I’ll find more ways to go out and dress up this month! We’ve got a little while before we travel again so I’m looking forward to hanging out near home and catching up with the friends I didn’t see at Christmas.
