The thing I love about tunics is in the summer they can work as a short (and hopefully not too scandalous) dress, or they can be paired with leggings for a different look. I tend to go with the short dress idea more often because after being pregnant and fitting into NOTHING but leggings, I kind of never wanted to wear them again. I think I was shell-shocked by the whole situation really, and they just reminded me of being uncomfortable and having limited fashion options.
Leather or pleather leggings are a whole different story – I kind of love them, so paring them with this pretty detailed tunic just seemed like a good idea!
I can’t wait for spring so I’ve been trying to add pretty tops like this to my wardrobe each week. I can’t wait to wear this as a dress or bathing suit coverup very soon!
