Hello Monday! I finally finished up with the birthday party madness on Saturday (it went off without a hitch!), we’ve got our bathroom renovation completed and shot for the blog, and now I’m ready to get my life together again!
This is our first week getting back into sports – my son and I are back into soccer this week, and my husband races on a sailboat so our weeknights are jammed-packed.
I’m so excited to be heading to a very fun event at the Shangri-La later this week, and as always I’m shopping away for summer. Today I bought the cutest beach coverup (this is it here), and I decided I couldn’t live without this so I bought it (yes a spurge, but HELLO there is a lobster on it!
Isn’t this dress just shouting “take me to a garden party!”? I’m ready to go! I wasn’t sure how this dress would translate from online to real-life but I wasn’t disappointed! It’s gorgeous, and I think it’s a great fit (I’m wearing a small). Tip – don’t undo those little buttons – I spent a lot of time doing them back up! They are so pretty though, and I just love this beautiful dress. Now I just need the perfect time and place to wear it!
