I have been completely MIA over the last five days because I have been super sick! I pretty must lost those days and got absolutely nothing done this weekend, so I’m feeling pretty behind with life in general!

With March Break coming, I’m pretty sure I won’t be getting anything done for quite a while! I’ve been spending these past few days planning what my son and I are going to do, and I’m really excited to hang out with him.

I really wanted to do a cooking or baking class with him over the break, but all of the classes I found were drop-off only. He might have even more fun without me, but I really want to do a few activities WITH him.

I did find a really cool french cooking class that we are going to try out on a Friday night in April. Once I told him all about it he immediately wanted to know if the chef teaching the class would be french too! He’s excited about it, and so am I! He will probably be way better in the kitchen then me – he watches the Food Network non-stop and seems to have a better grip on receipes than I do.

Tomorrow I’m off to a few events downtown that involve a bit of pampering, and after these last few days I am very excited! Follow along on Instagram Stories to see where I end up!
