Have you been to the new Nordstrom at Yorkdale Mall yet? It just opened this past Friday and the store is bright, beautiful and full of everything that you either want, need or would lust after.
When I attended a preview of the store last week I was given an opportunity to shop, so obviously I took advantage!
I put together this look with pieces from the store that ranged from high to low, and the final look is a perfectly casual fall outfit.
I started with the shoes. Everything really starts and ends with these fabulous shoes, right? I wore these Valentino Velvet Rockstuf Ballet Flats last week in a post as well – I just can’t get enough of them.
They would be in the higher price point category of this look, but the rest of the look is really affordable!
This classic BP. t-shirt was only $20, and I have to say that if there is one staple piece in my closet it’s my t-shirts. I have so many because I need so many – I’m always layering them under sweaters, just pairing them with jeans, matching them with blazers, or in this case using it as a base layer for my scarf.
This scarf is quintessential fall – a new fall pattern with colours that scream pumpkin spiced lattes and falling leaves.
My tried and tested Rag & Bone jeans are a weekend staple, and my Chanel quilted clutch finish the look.
I think the high-low factor of this look isn’t all that apparent unless I point it out – otherwise all of the pieces flow together into one cohesive look.
Item’s in this post may have been provided to me for review, but all opinions are fabulously my own.
