I’m still recovering from my birthday, which ended up being pretty amazing! It’s really been a “back to reality” day because my birthday itself included an amazing dinner at Chúuk in Pickering (their food is amazing), and my husband and son had our house decorated with balloons and flowers so I felt pretty special! We had a great weekend which included a little shopping for me, and my husband sent me to a spa for the day. I was really grateful for such an amazing birthday considering it’s my second one during a pandemic.

The weather has been all over the place, but I think I’m done sharing my winter looks because (I’m sure like most of you) I’m over winter. Even if I’m cold I’m going to be wearing more spring outfits because it’s just time to make the change.

I haven’t found it easy to add tops to my wardrobe because it seems everything in stores right now is some variation of a tracksuit or t-shirt. Don’t get me wrong, I love t-shirts and tracksuits but sometimes I’m ready to look a little more put together!

Chicwish always has amazing dresses, but their tops are great as well! This blouse is so pretty for spring! It’s nice to get a little more dressed up every once in awhile, even if you don’t have anywhere exciting to go!

I’ve got a few great home decor posts coming up this week and next – stay tuned!
