After days of eating chocolate and visiting family for Easter I think we are all pretty exhausted! I’m sure most of you are feeling the same. Usually I host a dinner or two over the holidays, but I didn’t need to this time yet I’m still pretty worn out from the last few days.

Our son suddenly is feeling under the weather so we are running on little sleep today, so it’s an interesting Monday! My son is convinced he “caught germs” from a boy he was playing soccer with at the gym last week who didn’t cover his mouth when he coughed. I mean, he could be right! It’s funny that he narrowed down the culprit and understands how it’s possible he got sick. At least it’s keeping his mind off of being under the weather!

It’s been so rainy and dreary most days, but it’s been a bit warmer so I’ve been pulling out my spring dresses! This pretty floral maxi is my favourite so far! I love the length and flow of it. I found the top a bit see-through but the bottom was lined and just fine. I added a tank top, but I’m looking for a slip to wear to be more comfortable with it.

Most of my warm spring and summer days find me in either cut-off jean shorts or feminine floral dresses – two complete extremes! I’m getting a little sick of wearing jeans, so I’m looking forward to changing things up!

I’ve got a really cute post going up this week all about some really cute ideas for great gifts, but also some really fun wrapping ideas! Stay tuned – ‘tis the busy season of baby and wedding showers so get ready!
