For some reason I find making holiday-themed drinks so much fun! I think it’s because you can be so much more creative when it comes to the holidays, and usually when I put something together around this time of year a candy cane is involved!

I put together a fun candy cane milkshake drink using Pure Leaf Raspberry Tea, and it not only tastes amazing, but the presentation is so fun!

I love garnishing anything in a fun way, so adding sprinkles to the rim of the glass, and some raspberries for good measure makes the prettiest of party drinks!

I’ve made some fun cocktails in the past with Pure Leaf, but they were all about summer – this is a holiday treat all the way!

Pure Leaf Raspberry Candy Cane Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients:

Sprinkles
Corn Syrup
2 cups vanilla ice cream
2 candy canes, crushed (about 1/8 cup)
1 cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup Pure Leaf Raspberry Tea
Fresh raspberries used as garnish

Directions:

1)Place sprinkles on a large plate. Rub the rim of a tall milkshake glass with corn syrup and dip glass in sprinkles set aside.

2)Using a blender combine ice cream, candy canes, raspberries and iced tea. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared milkshake glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Voila! So easy, and HELLO who doesn’t love a holiday milkshake that includes sprinkles AND candy canes? It’s pure genius, and perfect for holiday entertaining!

Just love the sprinkles for the glass rim, these look easy to make and so much fun to serve. I like the idea of this being served when guests are over for dessert with a few cookies. The milkshake would be the main focus and its a special treat with a dressed up twist!
