How did we get to Wednesday already? Oh, yeah, that amazing long weekend! It’s making me a LITTLE bit stressed out though because my son is having his birthday party on Saturday, and I have lots to do before the party!
I had a few people not RSVP so your guess is as good as mine if that means they are coming or not, but I’m trying not to be too stressed out about the whole thing. I’m just going to plan for everyone to show and will have enough pizza and loot bags for everyone so no one goes home crying!
This past weekend I booked a trip to NYC on a whim (basically my husband said you should go, so I booked it asap!), and I’m pretty sure this dress needs to go with me in my suitcase! I can’t wait to go back to NYC – without fail every time the Real Housewives of NYC begins airing, suddenly I’ve got a trip booked.
I’m staying somewhere I’ve stayed before (the W hotel), and I’ve already got all of my reservations made and plans ready to go. It’s the perfect time of year to go – I love being there at Christmas, but in the spring Central Park is gorgeous. Don’t even get me started on my shopping list.
Back to this dress! Love the colour, the fit, and the material is light and perfect for spring. I picked it up on my last shipping trip at Hush Life Boutique, and I didn’t even try it on – I just decided I had to have it, and I was ready to take it home! It’s the perfect fit (I’m wearing a small), and it’s perfect for spring.
I’ve had a few really cute finds lately from Hush Life Boutique, and if you want to shop their online store yourself you can save 10% with code SPARKLE at check out! Get shopping ladies!
More to come on the blog this week – stay tuned! I’m also thinking about posting about this Minecraft-themed party I’m throwing, because it’s going to be kind of epic. Plus it’s been the hardest to plan with this theme, so I want to help anyone else with the same theme!
Items in this post may have been provided to me for review, but all opinions are fabulously my own.
